• Request Only, Not a Guarantee: Submitting a booking or service request through this online portal does not guarantee a confirmed appointment, final pricing, or service availability.

• Confirmation Required: Your booking is NOT finalized until a representative from The Water Heater Wizard, LLC has reviewed your request, confirmed the service details, verified our scheduling availability, and sent you a separate, official confirmation (via email, text message, or phone call).

• Time Slot is Approximate: Any date or time slot selected is an ESTIMATE ONLY. We make every effort to adhere to the selected time, but actual arrival times may vary due to travel, unexpected delays on previous jobs, or unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to notify you of any significant delays.

• Estimates vs. Final Price: Any price provided or estimated during the online booking process is a general estimate or starting price based on the information you have provided.

• Final Pricing Determination: The final price for the service will be determined by our technician after a full, on-site assessment of the job, property, and specific water heater issue. You will be provided with a formal quote or invoice before work begins.

• Diagnostic Fee: If applicable, a separate diagnostic or call-out fee may be charged regardless of whether the proposed repair or service is accepted or performed. This will be communicated to you by our staff prior to the service visit.

• Separate Agreement: All payment terms, warranties, and scope of work will be governed by the separate Service Contract, Estimate, or Invoice provided to you at the time of the booking confirmation or on-site.

• Cancellation Policy: You are subject to our standard cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cancellation fee, as specified in our full Terms of Use.

• Right to Cancel Service: The Water Heater Wizard, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of technician unavailability, inclement weather, or if the scope of work is misrepresented in the initial request.

• Jobber's Role: You acknowledge that this online booking is processed using the Jobber software platform. The Water Heater Wizard, LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or downtime related to the Jobber platform itself.

• Data Usage: Your use of the booking tool is also subject to our Website's Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
